Volterra, the village of the Juan Tabo Hills Neighborhood Association, is proud to be the home to a vibrant mix of residents from all walks of life. Here, you’ll find familyoes, young professionals, retirees, and everyone in between; each bringing a unique background, culture, and passion to the neighborhood.

We Have the Largest Slide in Albuquerque!
Our neighborhood park is home to the longest and tallest slides in all of Albuquerque! An exciting feature kids can’t get enough of. It’s a point of pride in our community and a favorite destination for fun events and play.
A New Dog Park!
Just across the street from our main park, Volterra now boasts a brand new dog-run (an open, pet friendly space perfect for pups to play, socialize, and stretch their legs). We were thrilled to have Mayor Tim Keller join us for the grand opening, as seen in the photo to the right, celebrating this exciting addition four our four-legged residents and their humans alike.
