What’s the difference between an HOA and an Association?

Home Owner’s Association (HOA)

An HOA is a formal and mandatory organization established to manage and maintain common areas in the neighborhood. This is where your dues are going and is tied to the property ownership.

Neighborhood Association (JTHNA)

The Neighborhood Association is more concerned with community building, organizing events, addressing local issues, and advocating for residents’ needs. We aim to improve quality of life for the neighborhood and are your fellow neighbors!
